David Bolno, a well-known music advisor who has worked with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Drake and Post Malone, has denied any involvement in the death of 34-year-old Laura Lozano. Lozano was found dead in Bolno's hotel room at The Setai hotel in Miami on March 29.

Bolno, who is married with children and lives in Los Angeles, had been staying at the hotel with Lozano, an aspiring musician, who he had been helping to make music. He told DailyMail.com that he had arranged for her to have her own room in his hotel room, but had left the hotel at 4.30am on the morning of March 30, leaving her there.

Lozano was found unresponsive in the bathtub of the luxury suite at around 1pm that day, and an unknown substance was found in the room, according to a police report. The cause of her death remains unconfirmed.

Miami police have said that Bolno is not a person of interest in the case. Bolno said it was a "terrible tragedy", but he was not there when Lozano died. "I really liked her. I was helping her make music... it was a terrible tragedy. I had vacated the room in the earlier part of the morning so I wasn't there when they found her. It was really sad, she was someone I really liked, and she was a good person," he said.

Bolno said he had hoped to sign Lozano to a record deal, and that she had been in his room because they had been recording music the night before. When asked why she had been in his room at such an odd hour during the night, Bolno said, "I let her stay there, there's not much more to it".

Hotel staff tried to contact the room at around 1pm to tell the guests to check out, but when there was no answer, they contacted Bolno, who told them he had already left but that they needed to remove the woman from the suite. Hotel security then found Lozano unresponsive inside the room.

Little is known about Lozano, except that she was a US permanent resident. Bolno has been in touch with her family, but did not provide more details about who she was, simply stating that "her family are devastated".

Bolno, who is a name partner of NKSFB, the largest business management firm in the country working alongside artists in music, film, and television, advises record companies, recording studios, and high net-worth individuals. He lives in Los Angeles in a five-bedroom, six-bathroom estate estimated to be worth $11.4 million.

David Bolno has been cleared of charges at the moment of this publiaction.
